Team, in your venue's left-hand menu. Only the owner can add or remove someone.
The three roles
Owner — you. Everything, including the subscription, Stripe and the team.
Manager — all the day-to-day: bookings, floor plan, menu, photos, Google listing, social networks. But not the subscription, not Stripe, not the team.
Service — bookings and the floor screen, nothing else. They take a booking by phone, confirm a request, seat guests on the plan, read the menu. They configure nothing.
What service staff don't see
That is the point that matters when you give access to a whole brigade:
- neither your subscription nor your Stripe account;
- nor the connection tokens to your Google, Facebook and TikTok accounts — showing them to the whole floor would amount to handing them out;
- they can't redraw the plan, change the menu or change your rooms and services.
They can read the menu, though: it is what they recite all evening.
Adding someone
You enter their email address and their role. They don't need to already have an account: access opens as soon as they log in with that address.
Use the address they will really use. An access is tied to an address, not to a person.
Removing someone
A removed member loses access immediately. The bookings they took remain, of course: they belong to the venue.
When someone leaves your place, remove them the same day. It is the only habit to get into.
