The details
Two monthly subscriptions, per venue, which you take together or separately:
- Klarr — €37.50 excl. VAT, i.e. €45 incl. VAT per month. Your Google listing, your reviews and the suggested replies, your visibility in AI, your menu with photos, QR code and English translation, your website and its articles, the assistant that answers your guests on your website, your photos and your social networks.
- Bookings — €29 excl. VAT, i.e. €34.80 incl. VAT per month. Your public booking page, your website and your online menu, the service screen, the floor plan, closures, private events, deposits and card guarantees, experiences, team accounts, and the assistant that answers questions on your booking page.
Both together: €59 excl. VAT, i.e. €70.80 incl. VAT per month, a little less than the sum of the two.
The website is included in each of the two modules: with Bookings alone, it carries your menu and your booking button; the articles written for you require the Klarr module.
Each module can be tried for free, with no credit card: 14 days for Klarr, 30 days for Bookings.
What is not charged
No commission per cover. Ever, however full you are.
No setup fee, no activation fee, no minimum term. You cancel whenever you want, and access runs until the end of the period already paid.
The number of bookings, rooms, tables, dishes and team members is not limited.
Your restaurant's assistant is included in the subscription: the "Une question ?" bubble on your website and your booking page, which answers your guests day and night, in their language. No cost per conversation or per question. A daily limit per restaurant only stops a curious visitor from running it endlessly. The same goes for the suggested review replies, the articles and the measurement of your visibility in AI: nothing is billed by usage.
Your website is hosted by Klarr, with no hosting or publishing fees. It has a free Klarr address. If you already have your own domain name (www.your-restaurant.com), Klarr connects it to your website at no extra cost. The domain name itself, if you want to buy one, is paid to a registrar, usually around ten euros a year, not to Klarr.
What may be added
Stripe fees, only if you collect deposits. These are Stripe's fees on your own account, between Stripe and you: Klarr takes nothing along the way and never sees that money.
If you don't collect deposits, there is nothing else to pay than the subscription.
Several venues
The subscription is per venue. Two addresses, two subscriptions — but a single account to manage them side by side.
Billing
Invoices are issued by EDIREF and available from your billing area. That is also where you change your payment method and where you cancel.
