The home screen and what needs doing

Your next step, one at a time, then the “To do” block: everything waiting for you, one click away.

Klarr does a lot of things. You don't need to know all of them: open the home screen, and do "Your next action", at the top of your venue's card. Then look at the "To do" block.

At the very top, "Klarr has prepared" shows the work Klarr did for you overnight: review replies, website article, post of the week, your guests' questions, listings to correct. See the "Klarr has prepared" article.

This month, thanks to Klarr

Just above, a green box adds up the last thirty days: bookings taken directly (and what a platform would have taken from them, at €2 per cover), replies to your reviews, articles and posts published, your guests' questions answered by your assistant. Only real figures: it appears from the first result onwards.

Your next action

At the top of the home screen, Klarr suggests a single thing to do: the most useful one for your restaurant right now. It tells you what it brings you and how long it takes, and the "Let's go" button takes you to the right place.

Once the step is done, it ticks itself off and the next one appears. The basic steps, in order:

  1. Enter your restaurant's email address.
  2. Open your booking page.
  3. Link your Google listing.
  4. Enter your menu.
  5. Add three photos.
  6. Answer your guests' questions (the answers are already suggested).
  7. Check whether ChatGPT recommends you.
  8. Publish your website.
  9. Turn on alerts on your phone.

A step that is not part of your subscription is not offered. "See all steps" shows them all, with what is already done.

When the basics are in place, Klarr suggests the weekly upkeep: apply the plan when ChatGPT doesn't mention you, schedule your next Google post.

No time right now? "Later" sets the step aside for a week and moves on to the next one. "Hide" removes the block from your home screen.

What it shows you

Only what is waiting for action from you, from most to least urgent:

  • your Google listing says "temporarily closed" while guests are expected this week;
  • a sensitive review without a reply (hygiene, allergy, discrimination, bill, safety);
  • booking requests to accept or decline;
  • card guarantees or deposits not yet paid;
  • quotes waiting for the client's answer;
  • guest feedback to read;
  • inconsistencies found by the monthly check of your listings (different opening hours, website or address on Apple Maps, Mappy…);
  • platforms (Apple, Bing…) to update after a change to your listing;
  • article drafts to read over and publish.

Each line opens in one click on the screen where it is dealt with, often already filtered: "1 unpaid card guarantee" takes you straight to the list of the bookings concerned.

When everything is done, the block tells you so: "Nothing urgent". You can close it and get to work.

The coloured dots

A red dot flags what is costly to leave lying around: a Google listing closed by mistake, a sensitive review. An orange dot, the rest.

Everyone sees what concerns them

A waiter does not see quotes or reviews: only what they can open with their access. And a line only appears if your subscription includes the screen concerned.

The "New" badges

When a section gains something, it carries a "New" badge for thirty days, with a line saying what has changed. After that, the badge fades by itself.

And the rest of the home screen

Below "To do", Today gives the day's figures (lunch and dinner covers, requests, feedback, Google rating). Further down, all the sections are arranged like your day: service, your venue, your visibility, and the settings at the very bottom.
