Klarr Restaurant is the iPhone app for restaurants that use Klarr for their bookings. It is free and connects with your Klarr account, the same email and password as on klarr.net. Everything you do in the app is saved straight away to your account, and vice versa.

Today's service
- today's bookings, service by service, with the number of covers;
- each booking's record: call the guest, send them a text or an email, note a remark, report a no-show, cancel;
- change the day, the time or the number of covers, seat a booking at a table;
- add a booking taken by phone, or a private event.
Requests
A notification for each new request, even with the phone locked. You accept or decline in one gesture.
Deposits and card guarantees
Ask for a deposit or a card guarantee, follow the payment, send a reminder, record a deposit received on site, charge or release a card guarantee after the service.
During service
- block a day, a service or a time slot;
- check and redeem a gift card;
- read your Google reviews and publish a suggested reply;
- find a guest, their visits and your notes;
- show the QR codes for your reviews and your menu in large format, to be scanned at the table.
What stays on the computer
The venue's setup — opening hours, spaces, floor plan, menu, online visibility — is done on klarr.net. The app is for the day-to-day of service.
