Your booking page

The address to share everywhere, what the guest sees, and what you can show.

Your booking page is a public page, in your name, that you share wherever you want. It asks your guest for no account, no app and no password.

Where to find it

Bookings → Spaces, services and public page. The address appears as soon as you have opened the page, and you can copy it from there.

It looks something like klarr.net/reserver/your-restaurant.

Where to put it

The three places that bring in the most, in this order:

  1. Your Google listing — the "Booking link" field. It is by far the one that brings the most people, because that is where people search.
  2. Your Facebook page, "Book" button: on the page, Add a button, then Book, and paste your link. Your guests book from Facebook in one click.
  3. Your Instagram: in Edit profile, add a link and paste your booking link; it shows under your bio. Instagram's "Book" button only offers Meta partners, which Klarr is not yet one of: this link does the same job.

The guided mode in Online presence walks you through it step by step, Facebook and Instagram included, with your link ready to copy.

What the guest sees there

  • your photos, if there are any;
  • your Google rating and number of reviews, if Klarr was able to collect them;
  • only what is really available — that is the important point. Klarr never shows a slot it cannot honour. No double bookings, no "actually, no" the next day;
  • your menu, if you have published it;
  • your experiences, if you offer any;
  • a "Une question ?" bubble: your restaurant's assistant answers the questions people ask before booking, in the guest's language, without ever promising a table. See Your restaurant's assistant.

The guest chooses a date and a number of guests, and sees what is left. They send a request: it reaches you, and you decide.

What it changes for you

No commission per cover. Ever. What the guest spends with you stays with you.

Customising

On the same settings screen, you can add:

  • your logo at the top of the page;
  • your legal notice at the bottom — mandatory as soon as you collect a deposit, and reassuring in any case.

Photos are managed in Photos for the venue, and room by room in the settings: one photo per room helps the guest choose between your terrace and your cellar.
