It is the screen to open when you arrive, and to leave open during service. It only shows one day.
What it announces at the top
The figure the chef wants on arrival: how many covers are expected. Next to it, the number of bookings, and the number of requests still to decide on.
The Previous day and Next day arrows move you by one day. Today brings you back.
Service by service, room by room
For each service running that day, you see each of your rooms with:
- its gauge — how many covers taken out of how many, in red when it is full;
- your floor plan, if you have drawn it, with the name of whoever occupies each table;
- the list of expected guests, with their phone numbers and their notes.
Seating
If you have drawn your plan, each booking has a Table menu. You assign the group there, and its name immediately appears on the plan.
The menu only offers possible tables: those in the right room, still free for that service. A badge at the top of the service counts what you still have to seat.
You can seat eight people at a table for two — tables get pushed together every day — but Klarr flags it in orange, so that it is a choice and not an oversight.
A closed day
If you have set a closure on that day, a banner says so. Guests already expected remain displayed: they are the ones you still need to inform.
