The statistics are on the Bookings page, below the requests.
What they show
- Covers served over the period, and how they change.
- The occupancy rate: what you sold compared with what you could have sold. It is the most useful figure, because it compares your room with itself and not with the neighbour's.
- Cancellations and declined requests: too many declines often means a badly set capacity or too long a notice period.
- Your strongest days and services.
How to read them
A low occupancy rate on a Tuesday lunchtime is not a problem, it is a Tuesday lunchtime. What matters is how it changes from one month to the next, and the gap between your services.
Many declined requests on a slot that isn't full usually means your declared capacity is below reality, or that a room is marked "private hire only" when it takes tables.
Bookings taken by phone count like the others, provided you enter them. If your figures look wrong to you, that is almost always where to start.
