Reviews, then the Analysis tab.
What you see there
- The positive share: out of everything your guests wrote, how many mentions are positive, and how many negative.
- By category: food, service, atmosphere, price, hygiene. One bar per category, positive in green, negative in orange, with the figures written next to it.
- What your guests like and what you can improve: the specific topics that come up most, such as "Waiting time", "Value for money" or "Welcome", with the number of times they are mentioned.
- Month by month: how positive and negative change. That is where you see whether a change in the room or the kitchen paid off.
Choose the period at the top: 30 days, 3 months, 12 months or since the beginning.
How it works
Klarr keeps every review it sees on Google, Tripadvisor and Yelp, and reads it once. For each one, it notes the topics raised and whether they are positive or negative. A mixed review ("excellent, but too much waiting") counts on both sides.
Topics come from a fixed list: "the wait", "the waiting time" and "we waited an hour" are counted together, instead of scattering.
Every morning, Klarr reads the new reviews from the day before. You have nothing to do.
When a complaint keeps coming back
You don't need to come and check. When the same topic comes up negatively with at least two guests over the last two months, and it is more than an isolated remark among compliments, Klarr puts it on your home screen, in "Klarr has prepared": the number of guests, their exact words, and an idea to try. "Noted" puts the card away; the same topic won't come back for two months.
Your progress
Each noted complaint is counted again over the following two months: the same length as before, the same way of counting. The Your progress section, at the bottom of the Analysis tab, shows for each one the number of complaints before and after ("4 → 1") and the verdict: decreasing, no change, increasing, follow-up in progress. If there have been fewer than 5 reviews since, Klarr doesn't draw a conclusion.
Why it is still empty
It takes at least 8 analysed reviews for the figures to mean something. Below that, the tab shows you how many Klarr has already kept.
As long as Google hasn't opened access to your listing for Klarr, Klarr only sees a few Google reviews each week, those on the public listing. The history builds up by itself. The day access is opened, Klarr reads all your Google reviews at once, and the analysis becomes complete.
Reviews without text (a rating alone) don't count: there is nothing to analyse.
What Klarr keeps
The text of the review, its rating, its date and the name shown by its author, as on the platform. They are deleted along with your venue. The details are in the privacy policy.
