More and more guests ask an AI assistant where to eat. In AI visibility, you ask the questions they would ask; Klarr looks at whether the assistants mention you, in what position, and who they mention instead of you.
Your questions
Klarr suggests six in one click, based on your keywords and, if your Google listing is linked, on what your guests really type on Google. You can also write your own.
Each question matches an intention:
- discovering me: the guest is exploring a neighbourhood or a style, with no precise idea;
- comparing me: they have narrowed their choice and are looking for the best;
- booking me: they know what they want and are looking where to book. That is the one that fills the room.
Your Chinese guests' assistants
ChatGPT and Gemini are blocked in China. A Chinese tourist preparing their trip rather asks Doubao (ByteDance's assistant, the most used there) or DeepSeek. Klarr asks them your questions like the other assistants: you see whether they recommend you, and who they mention instead of you.
Your score
For each intention, Klarr counts the share of answers where you are mentioned. The score weights them: "booking me" counts for half. An intention without analysis doesn't penalise you.
You also see your real competitors: those the assistants mention when a guest is looking where to book, not those who share a keyword with you.
Where AI looks
With each analysis, Klarr notes the sources of the answers: the pages the assistant consulted (ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity give them: they search the web before answering, from France, as in their app) and the guides it quotes ("according to Le Fooding", "on TripAdvisor"). The "Where AI looks" section ranks them: these are the sites where you need to be present, with an accurate listing and recent reviews. To check your listings, go to Online presence.
Your image
When an assistant mentions you, Klarr notes in what tone: positively (it recommends you), neutral (it simply names you) or with reservations. The "Your image" indicator gives the share of answers that speak well of you.
The action plan
Klarr works out what to correct, from your analyses and your listing: menu, photos, frequent questions, private hire spaces. The more precise and consistent your listing is everywhere, the more the assistants have to mention you — your website's articles help too.
By itself, every month
You have nothing to run again. Every night, Klarr asks the assistants again the questions analysed more than four weeks ago, then rewrites your plan based on the new answers. If you don't have any question yet, it suggests the first six and analyses them. The screen tells you when the next analysis will take place.
The buttons stay there if you want an answer right away, for example after correcting your listing.
The plan becomes ready-made cards
A plan remains a list of advice. So, after each new analysis (and at the end of an AI Radar Scan), Klarr turns the questions where you aren't mentioned into ready-made cards in "Klarr has prepared", on the home screen:
- practical questions your listing leaves unanswered ("Can you privatise a room?"), with three answers to choose with one tap; nothing is ticked in advance;
- the site the assistants rely on to recommend (TripAdvisor, PagesJaunes…), with your Klarr listing ready to paste there;
- every other article on your website answers one of these questions, without ever naming another restaurant.
The following month, the "This month, thanks to Klarr" box tells you in how many more assistant answers you are mentioned.
The AI Radar Scan
"Run the AI Radar Scan" asks all your questions at once to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Mistral, DeepSeek and Doubao, and keeps their answers: it is each question's "Analyse" button, for all of them at once. Allow a minute for three questions, with the page open; if you leave it, the scan resumes when you come back. One scan per restaurant every 7 days.
How many analyses
Assistants' answers change little from one day to the next: asking the same question ten times would return the same answer ten times. So:
- a question can be asked again once every 7 days at most; the button shows the date of the next possible analysis;
- you follow 12 questions at most;
- 12 analyses a day and 60 a month at most for your venue, AI Radar Scan and monthly analysis included.
That leaves plenty to follow your visibility: Klarr asks each question again by itself once a month.
Good to know
Assistants answer differently from one day to the next: look at the trend over several weeks rather than an isolated answer.
