Your guests — and the AI assistants that answer for them — look for where to eat on many other websites than Google. Copy the same listing everywhere, down to the character: a name or phone number that differs from one site to another makes Google and AI doubt.
The guide
In Online presence, Klarr lists the platforms, the essential ones first. For each one:
- open your listing on the platform and log in to the account that manages it;
- compare each field with "Your listing to copy": name, address, phone number, website, opening hours;
- correct what has changed, save, then confirm in Klarr that it is up to date.
"Finish later" keeps a note: the platform will come back next time.
Google, Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor and your website show as linked by themselves when they are linked in Klarr.
When you change your listing
You change your name, your address, your phone number or your opening hours in Klarr? Klarr tells you which platforms to update. They also appear in the "To do" block on the home screen. Only your website updates by itself.
Better still: the correction arrives ready-made in "Klarr has prepared", at the top of the home screen, two listings at a time. What is wrong, the exact text to paste field by field, the link to the platform, and "It's corrected" once done.
The monthly check
Paste the public link of your listings (the one your guests see, not a professional login link). Once a month, Klarr opens these pages like a visitor and compares what they show with your listing.
If the name, address or phone number no longer match, or if the page is unreachable, Klarr warns you by email, once per problem found. The difference also arrives in "Klarr has prepared", with what Klarr read there and the right value to paste.
What Klarr does not do
Klarr doesn't change these platforms for you: Apple, Bing or PagesJaunes only open their data to software that has been granted access. The statuses therefore say what you found, on the date shown.
