An article on your website is one more page Google can show, and precise facts that AI assistants can pick up: your new menu, a producer, an evening event. One or two a month are enough.
Writing an article
In Articles (or from the Website page), answer three questions:
- What is changing or happening at your place right now? — "Our autumn menu arrives on 15 October: game, mushrooms, roasted squash."
- A detail that makes people want to come: a dish, a product, a producer. — "The ceps come from a forager in the Limousin we have worked with for three years."
- The practical information: dates, opening hours, prices, booking. — "Lunch menu at €24, Tuesday to Saturday."
Add a photo from your phone or your gallery, choose the article's language, then "Write the article".
Read it over, then publish
Klarr writes from your answers, and nothing else. The article stays as a draft: nothing appears on your website before you have read it.
- Correct what isn't right. If you find a fact you didn't give, remove it.
- Check the standfirst, the one or two sentences under the title: it is also what Google shows.
- Describe the photo in one sentence: for people who can't see it, and for Google.
- Then "Put online".
You can also have it rewritten from your answers, take it off the website, or delete it.
Drafts to read over appear in the "To do" block on the home screen.
Good to know
- Your articles only appear once your website is published.
- The number of articles written is limited each day. Beyond that, come back the next day, or write the article yourself.
- Articles are part of the Visibility module.
