The next-day review request and private feedback

A thank-you the next day, an invitation to review on Google, and a link to write to you privately.

The next-day review request

The day after their visit, around 11 am, your guests receive a thank-you, in the language they booked in, with an invitation to leave a review on Google. Just below, a link to write to you directly.

It is the same message for everyone. Google forbids inviting only happy guests, and a listing caught filtering its reviews can be penalised.

A regular doesn't receive it at every visit: once a quarter at most.

For it to work:

  • your booking page must have an address: it carries the link to your Google listing and the form to write to you;
  • the guest must be in the booking book, with their email address.

In Review request (from Notifications, "By email" part), you see a preview of the message, and you can turn sending off or back on whenever you want.

Private feedback

What your guests prefer to tell you privately arrives in Feedback: through the review request's link, or through the QR code placed in the room. No one is filtered: the page offers them the Google review and the private message side by side, and they choose.

Unread feedback is counted on the home screen and in the "To do" block.
