Your subscription

What you pay, what you do not, and how to stop.

Subscription, in the left-hand menu. Only the owner of the venue has access to it.

What you pay

Two modules, available separately, and one subscription per venue:

  • Klarr — €37.50 excl. VAT (€45 incl. VAT) per month: your Google listing, your reviews, your visibility, your menu, your photos and your website.
  • Bookings — €29 excl. VAT (€34.80 incl. VAT) per month: the booking page, the booking book, the service screen, the floor plan, deposits and card guarantees — with your website and your online menu.

Both together: €59 excl. VAT (€70.80 incl. VAT) per month. You can also take one without the other. A second venue has its own bookings, its own Google listing and its own clientele: so it takes its own subscriptions.

The first weeks

When a venue is created, everything is open with no card to give: 14 days for Klarr, 30 days for Bookings. The countdown shows on the Subscription screen.

After that, the sections of a module you haven't subscribed to are greyed out in the dashboard. What you have entered stays intact and accessible: your venue's details, your team, your connections and this page never close.

Watch out, on the other hand, for your public addresses: your booking page depends on the Bookings module, your website on the Klarr module. Without the module, the address no longer responds — better that than a guest booking into a book you can no longer open.

What you don't pay

No commission per cover. Ever.

That is the fundamental difference with marketplaces. With them, the fuller you are, the more you pay — and the customers they bring you become their customers. Here, a full Friday costs not a cent more than an empty Tuesday, and your guests remain yours.

The Stripe fees on the deposits you collect are Stripe's, between Stripe and you. Klarr takes nothing along the way.

Changing or stopping

From the same screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until the end of what you have already paid.

Your data remains yours. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time — the procedure is described on the Data deletion page.

Billing

Invoices are issued by EDIREF, the company that publishes Klarr, and are available from your Stripe billing area.
