Bookings with no commission. Your restaurant cited by AI.

When a guest asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Mode where to eat, Klarr tells you whether you are cited, and what to fix. With the book, the website, the reviews and the Google listing in one place, and deposits landing in your account, not ours.

Klarr's AI in one minute

AI prepares. You approve.

Every night, Klarr prepares your review replies, articles and posts. Klarr Assistant fills in your listing with you in five minutes, your website's assistant answers guests in their language, your reviews are sorted by topic, and you see what ChatGPT or Gemini say about you.

One-minute video, no sound. The “Klarr has prepared” feed with a Google review reply ready to publish; Klarr Assistant filling in the restaurant's listing, one question at a time; the website assistant answering a guest in French, English and Chinese; review analysis by topic; then the AI visibility score and a prepared fix for a TripAdvisor listing.

Real Klarr screens, on La Table d'Anselme, our demo restaurant.
Google, run by AI

What Google looks at to rank a restaurant, Klarr's AI does every week.

Google ranks restaurants on three criteria it publishes: relevance, distance and prominence. A position can't be bought, and no one can guarantee it. Week after week, Klarr's AI does the work that earns it for you, and shows you the result in Google.

What sets Klarr apart

What AI tells your guests, you get to see.

More and more guests ask an assistant where to eat. It names two or three places, and stops there. Klarr asks it your guests' questions and shows you its answer, word for word.

The seven assistants Klarr asks
  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity
  • Le Chat
  • DeepSeek
  • Doubao

NewDeepSeek and Doubao, the assistants your Chinese guests use. ChatGPT and Gemini are blocked in China: a tourist planning a trip to Paris or Lyon asks them where to eat. Klarr shows you what they answer.

  • Whether you are cited, in which position, and by which of these assistants.
  • The restaurants named instead of you, and your share of voice against them over time.
  • Every month, Klarr asks the questions again and prepares the fixes itself: the questions to add to your profile, the sites to complete, the article that answers them. You approve with one tap.
  • Articles on your website, written from your answers: the precise, dated facts AI assistants can pick up.
Our study: we asked six AI assistants the same question for all 20 Paris arrondissements. One answer in seven sends diners to the wrong place.
The free test report for La Table d'Anselme, a demo restaurant: the AI's answer to "What is the best French restaurant in Lyon?", which cites five other places, and the list of fixes.

What our clients say
“With two restaurants, I don't have time to juggle ten tools. With Klarr, bookings, reviews and my Google listing are all in one place — and I pay no commission.”

“At TAN we also run karaoke: private bookings and deposits used to be a headache. With Klarr, guests book their room, pay the deposit online, and everything comes straight to us.”
XuanminXuanminFounder of TAN
“During service I see the whole room table by table, and requests come straight in. No more notebook, no more calling every guest back.”

The problem

Ever seen a dashboard tell you you're “number one on Google” while your customers find you on page two?

A flattering score doesn't fill your dining room. Data you can verify does.

Most marketing tools live off how satisfied you are, not off your results. The happier you are, the longer you stay subscribed. So the number they show you tends to… suit you.

Klarr doesn't sell satisfaction. Klarr shows what's there, even when it isn't pleasant.

How it works

The raw data, the history, and what's wrong.

The raw data

Your Google listing as it stands, your reviews as they were written, and the exact answer an AI gives when a customer asks where to eat. You can ask the same question yourself and land on the same thing.

New in Klarr

Just arrived.

Your Google listing, Facebook and Instagram posted from Klarr, an assistant that answers your guests on your website, in their language, your reviews analysed, Klarr preparing your review replies, your article and your post of the week every night, your menu read from a PDF, your holidays announced everywhere, the whole service seated in one click on your floor plan, articles on your website written from three questions, sensitive reviews flagged right away, your listings beyond Google, gift cards sold online, more reviews and a reply to each one, your neighbours tracked closely, bookings on your own website, a report every month — and, if you're coming from another tool, your guests brought over in minutes.

Your Google listing, Facebook and Instagram, posted from Klarr

Connect your Google listing and your Facebook page once. Klarr posts there at the time you choose: no more opening three apps between services.

  • On your Google listing: your posts scheduled for the day and time you choose, with a "Book" button that leads to your booking page
  • The post of the week goes out on your Google listing on its own the next day, unless you say no; you can edit it, cancel it, or remove it from Google once it's live
  • Your replies to Google reviews posted straight to your listing, and your closures added to your Google opening hours
  • On Facebook and Instagram: up to 10 photos, a caption suggested by Klarr from an idea, posted right away or at the scheduled time
  • The post of the week posted to Facebook and Instagram in one click, from your home screen
  • Nothing goes out on Facebook or Instagram without your click, and every post is tracked: posted, or refused with the reason

An assistant that answers your guests, day and night, in their language

On your website and booking page, a small chat bubble. Open on Saturday? A terrace? A room for twenty? Your restaurant's assistant answers straight away, from what you entered in Klarr, and nothing else.

  • Hours, holidays, rooms, menu and declared allergens: it knows your listing, and follows every change you make
  • In French, English or Chinese: it answers in the language of whoever writes
  • It never makes anything up and never promises a table: it points to your booking form or your phone
  • Included in both plans: it appears as soon as your listing has enough to answer from

On La Table d'Anselme's website, a guest asks whether the restaurant is open on Saturday evening: the assistant replies that it is closed for the holidays and gives the reopening day. A question in English about the vaulted cellar gets an answer in English, a question in Chinese about opening hours an answer in Chinese.

Klarr works while you are busy serving

Every night, Klarr prepares what you have no time for between two services. In the morning, everything is waiting on your home screen: check it if you like, say no if needed, and the rest gets done.

  • A reply to every review, in the guest's language — on its own for 4 and 5 stars; 3 stars or fewer and sensitive reviews wait for your approval
  • An article for your website every two weeks, and the post of the week: on your Google listing on its own the next day, and on Facebook and Instagram in one click
  • The questions your guests ask, with the right answer already ticked when Klarr knows it
  • Listings that have gone wrong on Tripadvisor or the directories, with the exact text to paste
  • Your menu sent as a PDF or a photo, then translated into English every night
  • Where AI assistants recommend another restaurant instead of yours, the fixes ready to go: the question to add to your profile, the site to complete, the article that answers it
  • Your new reviews read every morning, and when the same complaint comes back from several guests (waiting time, noise, portions), their exact words and a concrete idea to improve

A reply to every review, in the guest's language

Klarr drafts a reply signed in your restaurant's name — in Italian for an Italian guest. For 4- and 5-star reviews, it goes out on its own 24 hours later unless you edit or stop it; reviews of 3 stars or fewer and sensitive reviews wait for your approval. On Google, the reply goes out directly when your listing is linked to Klarr; otherwise, you copy it in one click. Klarr keeps track of which reviews already have their answer.

  • No idea what the restaurants next door are doing
  • An agency to pay, or hours lost every week

Bookings

Your bookings belong to you. Klarr takes nothing from them.

Platforms take a commission on every cover they send you — including the customers who would have come anyway. Klarr takes nothing. Deposits go to your Stripe account, not ours.

Frequently asked questions

What is Klarr?

Klarr is a management platform for restaurants, from the neighbourhood bistro to brasseries and groups with several venues. It brings together the Google listing, customer reviews, bookings and visibility in AI answers, without taking any commission on covers.

Does Klarr do the work for me?

Largely, yes. Every night, Klarr prepares what there is no time for between two services: a reply to each recent review, an article for your website every two weeks, the post of the week for Facebook and Instagram, answers to the questions your guests ask, the fixes to copy onto Tripadvisor or the directories, and what AI assistants say about you, turned into ready-made fixes. Everything is waiting for you in the morning on your home screen. Articles, replies to 4- and 5-star reviews and the post of the week on your Google listing go out on their own the next day unless you say no; the rest waits for a tap from you, Facebook and Instagram included, and you can switch off automatic publishing at any time.

How much does Klarr cost?

Two plans, no contract: “Your visibility” at €37.50 excl. VAT per month (€45 incl. VAT, a 14-day trial) and “Bookings” at €29 excl. VAT per month (€34.80 incl. VAT, a 30-day trial). Both together cost €59 excl. VAT per month (€70.80 incl. VAT), eleven per cent less than separately. No commission per cover, on any plan.

Does Klarr take a commission on bookings?

No. Klarr takes no commission on covers or on private hire. Deposits are paid directly into the restaurant's own Stripe account. The Bookings module is billed at €29 excl. VAT per month, and nothing else.

Can I ask for a card hold against no-shows?

Yes. For large tables, special evenings or private hire, guests save their card when booking: nothing is charged. If they don't come and haven't cancelled in time, the restaurant charges the agreed amount in one click. You can also ask for a deposit, collected straight away. Either way, the money goes to your own Stripe account, with no Klarr commission.

What is the difference between Klarr and TheFork or Zenchef?

Those platforms earn either a commission per cover or a markedly higher subscription — from their pricing pages as read in October 2026, a per-cover commission set by contract for TheFork, and from one hundred and twenty-nine euros a month for Zenchef, one hundred and sixty-nine with the floor plan. Klarr costs €29 excl. VAT per month, with no commission, whatever the channel or the number of covers, and deposits go straight to the restaurant.

How does Klarr improve a restaurant's Google visibility?

Klarr brings the Google Business Profile listing, the reviews and the social accounts into a single dashboard. It shows the keywords the restaurant genuinely comes up on, tracks what AI assistants answer when a customer looks for somewhere to eat, and raises an alert as soon as a review lands or the rating moves.

Which assistants does Klarr track AI visibility on?

Klarr queries ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Mistral's Le Chat and Perplexity, as well as DeepSeek and Doubao, the assistants Chinese guests use, depending on which are switched on. It shows the exact answer the assistant gave, with its date, rather than a score with no source — including when the restaurant isn't in it.

Does Klarr analyse my reviews?

Yes. Klarr keeps every review it sees on Google, Tripadvisor and Yelp, and reads it once: what the guest talks about (food, service, atmosphere, price, hygiene), and whether positively or negatively. The Analysis tab of the Reviews page shows the share of positive reviews, what your guests love, what they complain about, and the trend month by month. When the same complaint comes back from several guests, Klarr puts it on your home screen: how many guests, their exact words, and a concrete idea to try this week. It is included in the Klarr module.

Does Klarr track Chinese AI assistants?

Yes: DeepSeek and Doubao, ByteDance's assistant and the most used in China. ChatGPT and Gemini are blocked there: a Chinese tourist planning a trip to Paris or Lyon asks them where to eat. Klarr asks them your questions just like the other assistants, and shows you whether they recommend you.

Is Klarr available in English and Chinese?

Yes. The dashboard, the help pages and the assistant that guides you and helps you fill in your listing are in French, English and Chinese, as each team member chooses: in English the assistant is called Klarr Assistant, in Chinese 小K 助手. Your booking page and the emails to your guests also exist in all three languages, and your restaurant's assistant answers each guest in their own.

Does Klarr only measure my AI visibility?

No. Every month, Klarr asks the assistants your guests' questions again, then turns what it measured into ready-made fixes on your home screen: the practical questions your profile leaves unanswered, with answers to pick from; the site the assistants rely on, with your details ready to paste; an article that answers what your guests are looking for. You approve with one tap, and the next month Klarr tells you how many more answers mention you.

How long does it take to get started?

A few minutes. Type your restaurant's name and city: Klarr imports your Google profile — address, phone, website, opening hours — and you just check it. Then the dashboard assistant asks you a few questions, one at a time, and fills in your profile with you: description, FAQ, dishes. Nothing is added without your confirmation.

Is Klarr suitable for an independent restaurant in Paris?

Yes, as well as brasseries and groups with several venues. The platform is published by EDIREF, a Paris web design and SEO company based in the 8th arrondissement since 2008.

Is Klarr suitable for a brasserie, a large restaurant or a group?

Yes. There is no limit on bookings, rooms, tables or team members, and no commission is taken on covers. Each room has its own floor plan, capacity and minimums; the whole service is seated in one click on the floor plan; private hire runs from the request to the payment, with a quote, a deposit or a card hold paid into your Stripe account. Several venues are managed from one account, with a team in three roles (owner, manager, service). The subscription is per venue.

Does Klarr create content for social media?

Yes. Every week, Klarr prepares the Facebook and Instagram post (a photo of your restaurant and its caption), and the same text goes onto your Google listing on its own the next day, with a “Book” button, unless you set it aside. It also writes an article for your website every two weeks, a reply to every review in the guest's language, frequently asked questions and emails to your regulars. Everything is written from your photos and your listing, with no invented prices or offers, and nothing goes on your social media without your approval. Klarr does not make images: it uses your photos. On Facebook and Instagram, it goes out in one click from your home screen.

Does Klarr have an AI that answers the phone?

No, by choice. Klarr does not pick up for you: it makes sure your guests don't need to call. They book online at any hour, from your Google listing, your website or your booking page, and ask their questions to the written assistant on your page, which answers in their language from your listing. The phone stays with your team. For calls during service, a voicemail message is enough: “To book a table, please visit our website or our Google listing. For anything else, leave us a message.” Each month, Klarr's home screen shows how many bookings came in directly and how many questions the assistant answered.

Does Klarr have a floor plan?

Yes, a graphical floor plan, included in the Bookings module. The restaurant draws its dining room (tables, banquettes, bar, entrance), then the “Seat automatically” button suggests a table for every booking in the service: the best fit for the number of guests, neighbouring tables pushed together for a large party, and the guest's requests (quiet spot, by the window, a pram). Nothing is saved until the restaurant approves.

Do I have to type my menu in by hand?

No. Send your menu as a PDF or a photo: Klarr reads each dish with its section, description and price, and you tick what you keep before adding it. Allergens are never guessed: you declare them yourself. Once the menu is published, Klarr translates it into English every night, new and corrected dishes included.

How do I tell my guests I am closed for holidays?

By entering the closure once in Klarr. Nothing can be booked on those dates, your website and booking page show “Closed from … to …”, the assistant on your page answers correctly when asked, and the information Google and AI assistants read says you are closed. On your Google profile linked to Klarr, Klarr adds the closure itself; otherwise, it reminds you to do it.

Can private hire be managed with Klarr?

Yes. The Bookings module handles both tables and the private hire of spaces. The restaurant sets a minimum party size or minimum spend, puts limits on each service so a browser can't freeze a whole room, and the terms are shown before anyone books. The quote is then written from the booking book — line items, VAT per rate, the restaurant's own legal notices — and the client accepts it online.

How does Klarr cut down on calls during service?

The questions a guest asks before booking — the terrace, wheelchair access, dogs, vegetarian dishes — are answered once in Klarr, by picking a ready-made sentence. They then appear on the restaurant's booking page, and their FAQPage markup lets Google and AI assistants pick them up. For everything else, the restaurant's assistant answers on its website and booking page, from the same listing, in the guest's language.

Does Klarr answer my guests' questions?

Yes, on your website and booking page: a small chat bubble opens your restaurant's assistant. It answers straight away, day and night, in French, English, Chinese or the guest's own language, from your Klarr listing — hours, holidays, rooms, menu and declared allergens. It never makes anything up: what it doesn't know, it says so and suggests calling you. It can't see your bookings, so it never promises a table. It is included in both plans.

Can you email your customers with Klarr?

Yes. Klarr builds the customer list from the booking book — who came, how often, when they last did — and lets you write to the people who agreed to receive emails when they booked. Messages can be scheduled ahead, aimed at a chosen group (regulars, customers not seen for six months) and all carry an unsubscribe link. Klarr sends nothing to anyone who did not tick the box.

I'm on TheFork or Zenchef: do I lose my guests if I switch to Klarr?

No. Export your guest list and upcoming bookings from your current tool, then drop them into Klarr: the columns are recognised automatically and you check the preview before confirming. Nothing is duplicated. An imported guest only receives campaigns if the file says they agreed to emails and you confirm it; imported bookings trigger no confirmation or reminder, since they were taken elsewhere.

Does Klarr handle my presence beyond Google?

Yes, together with you. Klarr lists the twenty platforms that matter for a restaurant — Apple Maps, Bing, Tripadvisor, PagesJaunes, Waze, Yelp and the main directories — each with its link, step-by-step instructions and your details ready to copy. A guided mode takes you through them one by one, and when you change your hours or address, Klarr flags the listings to update. When a listing has gone wrong, the fix arrives ready on your home screen: what is wrong, the exact text to paste and the link. The change is made on each platform: Klarr does not publish it for you.

Does Klarr reply to reviews?

Yes, without you having to think about it. Every night, Klarr writes a reply to each recent review still unanswered, in the guest's language and signed in your restaurant's name: it is waiting for you in the morning on your home screen. Replies to 4- and 5-star reviews go out on their own 24 hours after being prepared, unless you edit or stop them before then; you can also turn this automatic posting off. Reviews of 3 stars or fewer and sensitive reviews always wait for your approval. On Google, the reply goes out directly when your listing is linked to Klarr; without a linked listing, and on other platforms, a button copies the reply for you to paste. Klarr keeps track of which reviews already have a reply, so none is left unanswered. And to get more of them, Klarr emails every guest the day after their visit with a thank-you and an invitation to leave a Google review, plus a link to write to the restaurant directly: the same message for everyone, as Google requires.

Can you sell gift cards with Klarr?

Yes. The restaurant gets a page in its name where people buy a gift card online: amounts set by the restaurant or a custom amount, a note for the recipient, delivery by email. Payment goes straight to the restaurant's Stripe account, with no Klarr commission. The card carries a code the team enters at the till, and it can be used in one or several visits until it expires.

I already have a website: can I add Klarr bookings to it?

Yes. Klarr gives you one line of code to paste into your site: a “Book” button opens the booking on top of the page, without the guest leaving it, and full screen on a phone. For tools that don't accept the button, such as Wix's HTML block, the booking can be shown directly inside a page, or opened through a simple link. Bookings land in the same book, with no commission. Another option: connect your domain name to the Klarr website, which then replaces the old one.

Can Klarr track competing restaurants?

Yes. The restaurant picks up to five restaurants nearby, suggested by Klarr or searched by name. Every week, Klarr records their Google rating and review count, and shows who gains the most over a month. The monthly report includes where the restaurant stands in its neighbourhood.

Does Klarr send reminders against no-shows?

Yes, by email. Every guest gets a confirmation, then a reminder the day before with a link to give the table back in one click: a cancellation that comes the day before can be rebooked, a no-show cannot. For large tables and private hire, a card hold or a deposit can be added. After service, the team marks who did not come, and Klarr shows a guest's past no-shows in the reservation book when they book again. Reminders are included in the subscription, with no quota and no extra charge: Klarr does not rely on text messages billed per message.

Does Klarr have a waiting list?

Yes. When a service is fully booked for the party size requested, the booking page offers guests to leave their e-mail. If a table frees up (cancellation, declined request, expired hold), Klarr e-mails the first three people on the list with a link to book; the table goes to whoever books first, and Klarr never books on the guest's behalf. The restaurant sees the list in its booking book, with phone numbers, and gets a notification for each new sign-up.

I don't have a website: does Klarr create one?

Yes. Klarr publishes a website for each restaurant, in its own name: photos, opening hours, address, menu with an allergen table, and a booking button. The menu has its own QR code to put on the tables. A bar that takes no bookings gets a website too: the button becomes “Call” and “Directions”. And on every website, an assistant answers visitors' questions, in their language.

I already have a domain name: can the Klarr website use it?

Yes, and you connect it yourself from your dashboard: you copy two records at your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, OVH…), and Klarr switches the website over as soon as the domain answers, https padlock included. All the pages live there: the menu, the allergens, the booking page, the articles. They count for your domain in Google and in AI assistants. Your emails aren't affected, and Klarr charges nothing extra.

Can guests book from Google?

Yes, through the booking link on your Google listing: Klarr sets it in one click, and it leads to your booking page, with no commission. Klarr is not yet one of the approved partners of the “Reserve with Google” programme, whose form opens directly inside Google: the integration is being prepared.

Is Klarr contract-free?

Yes. Both plans are contract-free and can be cancelled in one click from the dashboard, without writing to anyone.

What data does Klarr actually show?

The raw data: the Google listing as it stands, the reviews as they were written, and the exact answer an AI assistant gives when a customer looks for a restaurant. Every analysis is dated and kept, including when the result is bad.

Who is behind Klarr

A restaurateur, not a startup that discovered the trade in a pitch deck.

Klarr is built by a restaurateur with twenty years in the trade. We know what it is to check your own Google listing between two services, to be sold a score that doesn't match reality, and to lose time on tools designed to impress investors rather than restaurateurs.

No contract, cancel in one click. You leave whenever you like, without having to write to anyone.

“We were told we ranked first for ‘German restaurant’. In a private window, we were fourth. I checked with other restaurateurs — the same problem everywhere.”
Which is where the idea for Klarr came from.
The other half of Klarr

An SEO agency that has been doing this for eighteen years.

Klarr is published by EDIREF, a Paris company specialising since 2008 in building websites and in their optimisation and search ranking. Where many discover SEO at the same time as their clients, Thomas Bavoil and his team have practised it since before Google Business Profile was called that.

That is the difference between a tool that displays figures and a tool that knows which ones matter: a restaurateur's trade on one side, eighteen years of SEO on the other.
